| Report by Tom White: Seneca Star Fleet played host to the last 12th District regatta of 2012. Rumor has it (isn't that a current pop song?) that the Ithaca Star Fleet may host FLASIR in 2013! Saturday racing included 5 of the 14 boats entered for one race only ...sure was some shifty wind that day! Sunday was a much steadier westerly averaging 10-15 knots, three races within the time limit, one broken mast. Much thanks to John Baker and Joy Martin Baker for PRO - flawless run regatta on race committee part. |
