Participation at Cal Race Week continues to be a highlight for many boats as more and more racers discover the pleasure of late spring sailing in Marina del Rey, with afternoon breezes in the low to mid-teens and perfect temperatures for racing around the buoys. CYC expects many one-design classes to return in 2010 including the Farr 40, Schock 35, Farr 30, J105, J109, J80, Star, Martin 242, J24 and Open 5.70 boats. One-design classes wishing a separate start must submit five paid entries by May 17th. |
