The 2003 Class ballot is due from Life and Active members by Dec. 10. Voting is for class and fleet officers and on six resolutions.

Setting up a fleet or district website? Need to find a server? Contact dogbert@starchampionships.org.to get free space on the Star Class' server. Districts 1, 2, 4 and 12 now have their websites hosted by the international class.

Regatta Reports
Luca Simeone and Leone Rocca won the first Gaeta Winter Series race in Italy and Peter Bromby with Lee White/Martin Siese took the Schoonmaker Cup, the first race of the Florida season. Hubert Merkelbach/Ingo Schappeler won the 7 event, season long Allianz Suisse Star Grand Prix.

Coming up: The Florida USA winter season continues with the Commodores Cup (Dec. 6-7), while the US west coast has the Kriss Kringle Regatta in San Diego Dec. 13-14. Nice, France hosts the Open Warm-Up Dec. 14. Italy's winter series in Gaeta continues December 6-8 and 27-29, and January 26-30 at the site of the 2004 Worlds in April. Australia has spring Star sailing at the 2003 Sydney International Regatta Dec. 18-21.
