German Sailing Association Registration

German Star Class Sailors:

As you have probably discovered, you can now register online as a yachtsman at our homepage www.dsv.org. We are sorry that it was not yet possible in May as planned, due to technical problems, but it has been working since the beginning of June. Now we would like to give you the most important information about the registration procedure.

The online registration will be mandatory from 1.1.2006 for all yachtsman (helmsman and crew) who are competitors in German championships, German Youth and Children Competitions and/or German Offshore Sailing Competition. (WO 4.5). The procedure is being tested in 2005.

The data is filed within the German Sailing Association (DSV e.V.) . The names and club membership are published at the DSV homepage. All DSV memberclubs receive annually a list of the entries relevant to them.

The data can be updated via a login by registered yachtsman at any time.
