The proposed rules changes to the Star Class for 2013 are in this PDF file. These will be voted on at the Annual Meeting which will take place in Hyeres France on 3 May 2012 at the World Championship. Be sure to send your proxies and instructions to the class office or come and vote personally.
You can find the Delegate Proxy Form in this .pdf file. Delegate Proxies MUST be returned to the Central office by 20 April 2012.
