It is with pleasure I present to you the results of the 2011 Ballot. The specific results can be found here in an Excel format.
Congratulations are in order.
- To Vice Presidents Paolo Insom and Claude Bonanni on their re-election,
- To new International Treasurer Robert “Bert” Collins,
- To Vice Commodores Harry Adler and Dierk Thomsen on their re-election,
- To Rear Commodores John MacCausland, Carlo Rolandi and Larry Scott on their re-election.
- To all of the District Secretaries and Assistants that were elected.
Please note that in District 7 and 18 elections for District Secretary and Assistant were held at their recent District Championships. Districts with no officers should contact the Central Office at your earliest convenience to resolve this.
We, the members, thank each of you for taking the time and effort to volunteer to serve.
The Resolution below passed.
#2 – 2011:
Submitted by Lake Springfield Fleet
To replace Specification 10.1.1 Approved Materials as follows:
Proposed text: Approved Materials for MASTS and BOOMS: Wood,
Aluminum alloy of at least 90% Aluminum. For whisker poles: Wood,
Aluminum alloy of at least 90% Aluminum, GRP or any combination of the above.
I would like to thank Bob Bradford-MES, Tom Price-CB, and Kris Wilson-AN for taking time from their busy Holiday schedules to help with the Ballot counting.
