Dear Star Sailors,
Just a quick report from the Central Office:
BALLOTS:
Well, I did it again. I messed up the fax number on the Ballots. The fax number at the office is +1 443 458 5735. I apologize for the inconvenience. I have just changed the form so that I do not do the same next year — promise.
We have three write in candidates for the Ballot:
1. District 14 Secretary, Antonio Tamburini and District 14 Ass’t Secretary, Silvio Degl’Innocenti
2. South American 2nd Vice President, Alberto Zanetti.
SOUTH AMERICAN CHAMPIONSHIP
The Star South American Championship is getting underway as I write this. They have a record number of entries and competitors! This looks to be a great regatta and a nice tune up for the World Championship in January.
WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP
The entry form is online for the World Championship. Please remember to fill in ALL of the blanks even if only with an XXX. You will receive an acknowledgment almost immediately if you have filled out the form properly. If you do not received an acknowledgment, please fill it ALL out again.
Please also note that competitors entered in the World Championship must have their 2010 dues paid to compete.
The entry deadline is December 17th. DON’T BE LATE!
