I'd like to Thank You all for giving me the chance to be Star Class President for another 4 years.
Congratulations to all the International, National, Fleet, and District officers. I look forward to working with this outstanding group of people as we move the Class forward.
I am pleased to report that all the resolutions passed by at least 70% majority. In particular, #'s 4,11, and 15 will provide flexibility for race organizers of our major events to adopt formats, with CMC approval, that take advantage of venue characteristics to provide the best racing. This is a major step forward for the Star Class.
