Rick Burgess elected Chair of IGC

I am very pleased to announce that Rick Burgess was elected chairman of the International Governing Committee at the recent meeting in Argentina. Rick has been a leader in the class for many years, and will be a great chairman of this important class managementgroup. The IGC will be facing significant policy issues over the next few years, and we have an excellent committee to deal with any internal or external events.
