Please remember to sign your 2004 Ballot !

To all Life and Active Members:

The 2004 ballots have begun to arrive at the Central Office. Unfortunately, a good amount of the ballots have been submitted without signatures. Please remember that your ballot is not valid unless you sign it. Before you fax or mail your ballot, please make sure that you have signed it. Thank you for your help.
