A letter with the following items was mailed to you on Monday, 27 September:
1) The Nomination Form for 2005 Officers - due 11 October 2004
2) The Resolution Form to submit 2005 for 2006 Resolutions - due 14 October 2004
3) The LR-1 Form - report 2005 Fleet Officers for 2005 LOG - due 18 October 2004
4) 2005 Fixture List
5) Letter about the 2005 World Championship on 8-20 February 2005
Please note the dates that the completed Nomination, Resolution and LR-1 forms are due. For a copy of this mailing to all the fleet secretaries, please follow this link. Thank you for your prompt attention to these items.
